What remedies do you recommend for tooth whitening? I’m a student so cant afford to get them whitened at the dentist, i use a brand whitening toothpaste, brush my teeth twice a day and floss regularly. I just want something cheap to get a dazzling smile 
Hello everyone. I had a question regarding porcelain veneers. I was thinking about getting them but had a question. I heard that the veneers last about 15-20, then you have to replace them. Well, do the veneers just start chipping away? Do they start to fall off? I don’t get it. Is it something that happens underneath the veneers that others can’t see? I would hate to get them if after 10 years, it visibly starts chipping or something. I would appreciate info from anyone that knows. Thank you
I had 3 veneers & 1 crown placed (teeth # 7-10) and started having problems after the installations. #7 (the crown) also abcessed. I have a pocket between my 2 front teeth and a larger one between #7 & 8. I am scared! I am on Peridex and antibiotiocs now, and more pockets are forming. Can my gums return back to normal? Please help!
I am a dental hygienist in southwest Virginia and I work in eastern KY, I need "classroom or presentation" type continuing education hours, not online or correspondence, and I don’t know where to look!!!

I have an evil tooth. Yes, evil. It has black and rotten on one side and it stinks! My mouth smells of rotting teeth. For those who do not know what rotting teeth smells like then imagine bad breath multiplied by 1000 then rolled in dog crap. Then you are close. Thank God my girlfriend didn’t notice.
Anyway, it is already loose but will not come out however hard I twist, pull, yank etc. What can I do? Yes, I still have milk teeth. I am 13.

i have never had a cavity in my life everrrr! im17 and im getting invisalign. the doctor said it didnt look like i had any but he had to check if i had any cavities in order to start my treatment. im just wondering what they do if you have one. how do they fix it and do they have to inject ya with anesthetic. haha i dont know anything about it.
I went to the dentist today to get a filling and found out I needed a root canal, I think the dentist did the first part (killing the nerve or something like that). I’m supposed to get the root canal done tomorrow. So I was wondering what’s the worst part of getting a root canal? And how long does it take?
I am going to have a root canal next week.And my question are is it painful to have a root canal .How long does it take to recover from a root canal .Can you drive yourslfe home after haveing a root canal or you should let anther person drive you home.

ok so i had a tooth with a cavity and it was loose. i pulled out the tooth. is that bad. do i need to get it replaced. is the tooth still in the gum.. help
