I got fillings done three hours ago, both top and bottom at the very back of my mouth. the entire half of my face from the bottom of my eye down is numb. i cant talk and its really hard to open my mouth. even my ear is numb.
I dont want to eat anything because its so hard to open my mouth.
How much longer will it take for the numbness to go away?

the dentist assistant put some fluoride on my teeth, and i did rinsed my mouth with water but i guess not as good as i thought, so about an hour later the part where you usually heartburns started hurting like a burning sensation and it felt like i wanted to throw up….but i didn’t. and now its 7 hours later and my stomach kinda feels like a burning sensation but not badly, and i didn’t throw up… so what should i do to make it stop hurting? or feeling like i wanna throw up, BUT I DONT WANT TO MAKE MYSELF THROW UP….. cause i dont really have to. is it bad? please if you’re a dentist please help.
i’m NOT pregnant, i’m 17 by the way….
then it must have been something i ate, UGH, how do i stop feeling like this, i hope my stomach can digest it well without me throwing up

My almost 7 month old has been teething for close to 2 weeks, if you feel his gums you can feel 2 very sharp teeth coming through, but they havent actually came through yet. You can feel the sharp tooth coming through but you cant see the white actual tooth yet.
Yeah, hes really grumpy about it lol, we’ve given him things to chew on. He also has a double ear infection so its no fun at our house right now.

I went to the dentist today, and I brought a pint of Wild Turkey with me. I had about half of it gone in the waiting room when the hygienist took me back to the exam room. Then she realized I was completely wasted, and told me I had to leave immediately. What’s the big friggin’ deal?

I have seen the pictures of someone getting ready to put invisalign in, and the before and afters. But I have yet to see one of a set while they are in someone’s mouth. I am considering getting them in the future and would like to know what they look like when being used. I have read forums on them but have found both sides of the spectrum as far as "yes, they are obvious" and "no you can’t see them at all".

Getting my braces tightened for the first time soon and I’m wondering how bad does it hurt? When I first got them my front teeth hurt like hell and then for the next week I could barely eat.
When I get my braces tightened will it hurt as much as the first time?
And will my teeth be as sore?
Which color should I get? Dark blue or grey? Or which color you think looks really cute.
Any other info I should know about getting braces tightened?
