Im living in ct and i want to start school soon for dental assisting but classes at this community college dont start until fall but i want to start soon and then move. which is better? community college is cheaper but it is also farther away than the tech school. what type of schools do dentists prefer? thanks

Our dental insurance company is Benefits Insurance Unlimited or smething like that. It "assigned" us to SmileCare. They have an ortho there, but my mom wants me to get my braces done elsewhere my aunt reccommended. Will the dental insurance benefits only apply at the SmileCare they assigned us, or will it also apply at the other place we want to go to to get my braces done? Thanks.

I’m 16 weeks pregnant today, and a few days ago I went in for a cleaning and the dentist took X-Rays, I told them before I got them that I didn’t want them and that I was pregnant, but they insisted it was safe and did them anyways using just a lead vest. Is this safe?
