I was at my orthodontist yesterday and one of the assistants said
"she has great cheeks"? She was referring to me. I am 17 years old and I am not fat at all.
What does it mean?
My mother won’t have mint in the house but I am dealing with very sensitive teeth and need to get it sorted out.
Besides drinking milk, brushing and floss, What can I do to strengthen my tooth enamel? I just broke a tooth and the dentist said because the enamel wore off so I would like some tips on re-building enamel. TIA!
My girlfriend was laid off from her job about months ago. She was only there for about 4 months. So she wasn’t able to get health or dental while she was there because you had to work so long. (just crap job anyways) well now I want to get her some Dental Insurance because we need to get her teeth checked up. So where do I start on this? Is it really expensive? Do you make monthly payments or is it all up front. Thanks for all the answers

My son cut his first tooth 15 days ago and now he’s cutting his 2nd tooth.Is this normal?Also after how many days his upper teeth will emerge?

I need some extensive dental work done and my employer does not provide dental insurance. Does anyone have and knowledge on this or maybe someone that has online dental insurance can give me some input?
I have temporary veneers placed on my top 6 teeth. I am due for my permanent porcelain veneers next week. The temps are ok, but make my top lip protrude a bit. A friend even said that the top lip tends to push out.
Yesterday I met with my dentist, and she reshaped my teeth a bit (the temps) and took a bit of the thickness off the front of the temps. Then we took another impression for the lab.
Does anyone have experience with this? Will my porcelain veneers make my upper lip push out too? I do not have naturally buck teeth or anything like that. We are doing this because of tetraciclene staining.
The orthodontist says that I have an overbite, but it’s not noticeable at all unless I bite down completely. My parents are making me get some sort of treatment, and I’ve got a great dental plan, and I absolutely abhor braces. What are some good alternatives that can fix overbite? Surgeries, too.
