First things first you have to see a doctor before trying any foods to prevent your gums from bleeding. This can be serious!!! The only thing i can say is that you’re probably lacking fruits in your diet. Maybe you have scurvy.
Flossing. So many people say "I don’t floss because it bleeds"….when really, they are bleeding because they don’t floss. ….There is no magic food that is going to take the bacteria from in between the teeth and around the gum line. Gingivitis occurs within 24 hrs. of not flossing. You can brush as many time a day as you want, eat the magic foods and drink the magic juices, but if you never floss (properly, not just up and down) then you will have major problems that will go far beyond just your gums. Flossing regularly and properly, will firm up the gums and make them healthy. You should never see blood when brush or floss, it just means bacteria is present due to poor home care. Get an electric toothbrush (Oral-B) and step up the flossing to a few times a day. You have to wrap the floss around each side of the tooth in a C shape and scrape the neck of the tooth to do it proper. You have to see it go under the gum tissue a tad. Use one of those lighted magnifying mirrors while you do it and you will be surprised at what is left there after you brush. You say you have "weak" gums. The only reason for that is not flossing or not getting professional dental cleanings.
You can reverse this easily. I recommend you go get a professional cleaning . At that appointment they will teach you proper home care. You follow their recommendations, (which will be the same as mine) and you will never see even a hint of bleeding again. Floss floss and then floss again
