pregnant with bleeding gums and go from freezing to burning up randomly?

im 7 weeks
most of the time im freezing… then sometimes i am freezing and then suddenly the next minute im really hott.
Also, now that ive been pregnant my gums are really sensitive and bleed when i brush. This never happens to me and i have never had a cavity or anything…. is this from being pregnant?
Is this normal?

Those are both normal in pregnancy. The bleeding gums is from the extra blood that is now being pumped throughout your body. Just try getting a softer bristled brush and not brushing as hard.
As far as being cold and then hot, you just have to go along with it. I’ll go from covering up with a blanket to turning the ceiling fan on.
It is all from pregnancy hormones. The estrogen causes capilaries in your mucus membranes to dilate and they can get damaged very easily. It’s common during pregnancy.
My gums still bleed sometimes! I freaked out over that, but my dentist told me it would happen. Just make sure you still take care of them and brush softly. Cold and then hot was pretty normal too. Congrats and good luck!!

yes its from being pregnant, and its very important to get your teeth checked out if you are experiencing this, because their is bacteria that is causing them to bleed and your mouth is the root of most health problems. it can cause premature labor, heart problems, and so on. i would go to the dentist and just get your teeth cleaned, especially if you havent. its very important to do this while pregnant just because of the risks that come along with it.
I have experienced the same from hot to cold in a second thing during my pregnancy. Hormones, they are changing and adjusting as your body is building a baby. Also, my gums bleed to it is gestation gingivitis and it normally cures up after you pregnancy. It is caused by increased blood flow to the mouth.
You can give a big "thank you" to your hormones for both of these symptoms. They’re both caused by hormonal changes and are normal during pregnancy. Pregnancy hormones cause your blood vessels to change, and many women experience bleeding gums and even the occasional bloody nose. It’s nothing to worry about unless the bleeding is heavy and frequent – in that case, make an appointment with your dentist. Pregnant women are more susceptible to gingivitis.
The hot flashes are normal, too. I had them early on as well. It will get better after a while, but you probably won’t be freezing cold the further you get in your pregnancy. Expectant moms are usually on the warmer side!
