I just purchased the Crest Whitestrips Sumpreme Professionals, but I’m not sure when to brush my teeth. Also, any other good teeth whitening tricks?
my top teeth lean forward a little and are also still abit crooked after 2 braces!…im thinking of getting porcelain veneers or crowns (not really sure which id need)
if anybody knows much about this sort of thing could you please view the photos and advise on wether to get them……and which to get,veneers or crowns, thnx E xx
everyone says to use baking soda for teeth whitening, but which baking soda? where do you get it? and how should you use it in order to whiten your teeth with it?
My dentist wants to put 2 on my top front teeth. I have a small gap in between the two and recently slightly chipped one of them, it is not very noticeable though. My teeth are white and straight but they are telling me that it is my only option for those two front ones. If you have had it done, please tell me if you think it was worth it. I dont know what to do…

I used a Crest Teeth Whitening strip for the first time and I have a few decalcification spots on my teeth, and when I took it off it had made the spots a lot brighter. Will they keep getting brighter? How long till they start to not really stand out?
My teeth are discolored due to smoking and I want a new smile as I quit! I cannot afford veneer right now. I tried the office procedures like Bright Smile and got little results as well as the at home whitening kits. How expensive is bonding and how evasive? How long does it last? And does it look real?

Well.. i have always had personal issues because of my appearance. I hate my teeth. They are tiny and unfortunately they have left me unconfident in myself. Since i dont smile as much as i would like to because of my smile, people misinterpret the fact that i just am uncomfortable with my smile and my teeth.
I have recently decided that i am going to get porcelain veneers to fix my teeth.
I am so excited about getting a new smile that will bring me confidence and a high self-esteem,……. but theres one little problem. I thought that the procedure would take about 3 months max…. but its going to take almost a year or less. I wanted to have everything done by the summer so that by the time i go back to school (i will be attending a new highschool next year) I wil start my year fresh with confidence… but since the procedure is going to take longer…. Im going to end up showing up at school some random day with new teeth. I have no idea how i will handle this situation…. PLEASE… ADVICE??!!?

I’ve been using Crest 3D tooth paste but haven’t seen the results I’m looking for. I’ve also used the Rembrandt two hour whitening kit. Visible results, but I don’t think my teeth are as white as they can be.
What are some great whitening products? I can’t afford to go to the dentist, so professional whitening isn’t an option.
I’m open to all kinds of suggestions, tips, and advice.
