I am 14 and got my braces off a couple months ago and I want to get zoom whitening because my teeth are yellow. I keep brushing but they are not getting any whiter and I tried crest white strips, but they didn’t work. Do you have to be a certain age to get zoom whitening?

Hi…i just recently got Opalescence Tooth Whitening System from my dentist, Last night was the first night i tried it…i slept for about 8 hours with the tray in…and when i woke it didn’t seem bad at all…but then it got worse over the day…to the point where i actually couldn’t STAND IT! Im good with pain..but this is just a whole diff level..i cant handle this type of pain. I dont want to waste my money..and i really do want results, so i was wondering if i wear it for like 1-2 hours everyday…instead of full 8-9 hours sleep overnight will i still get the results i want?..or will i be wasting my money and be unhappy with the final outcome.

I just looked its 15%….i def am going to do it every other night cos im strong but i aint that strong…HAHA..i mean its such a bad pain that it turns my stomach..i didnt eat all day…food turned me off..and the dryness that my teeth feel like rocks and my touch is so dry to but i can feel alot of saliva in my mouth…so its really odd….ya i def will use it every other night, i have to admit i was hoping it didnt need to be in quite as long as 4 hours that still seems like alot to me…but im willing to do it….maybe just set a alarm wake up and pull it out or somethin..then go back to bed..haha..cos i dont think i could just sit around for 4 hours with that thing in my mouth…anyways thank you!
