My dentist said he can’t actually treat me for TMJ until all other dental work is complete. I have 2 root canal, 2 fillings that are getting replaced due to me clenching my teeth, and 1 filling to add. THEN I can get treated :/ which sucks because I have no pain but the popping is very nerve wrecking ..

I am only 28 years old (college student) and was told to have a root canal on number 2 tooth. Root canal is VERY expensive insurance. I want to have tooth pulled instead. Dentist says root canal is best option! Would it be bad to just have number tooth 2 pulled? Please help…IN PAIN

no dental insurance so went to the wvu dental school and seemed like they knew what they was doing but the suggested a root canal but when the doctor looked at the x-ray he suggested the tooth be extracted. common ? said tooth was cracked

I had root canal 2 days ago for 2 teeth . I had pain and now I have swelling . If the teeth are now lost and the dentist will have to extract them , will he reimburse me the 00 I have to pay (the insurance pays the rest) .

I had an abscess and a root canal a month ago. I still feel some dull sore pain when I put pressure on the tooth – and occasionally, a slight "clicking" or "cracking" sensation when I put pressure on it (not in my jaw, in the tooth.) I took antibiotics for 2 weeks, but I did miss a few doses along the way. My abscess for the most part seems to have gone away, but what are the possibilities here? What should I make sure they check for?

So i have this one tooth and its not a mooler but its one of those big ones. It’s the first big one on my button set of teeth. Anyways your suppose to see the indents off all your teeth but i cant. This tooth in the middle is like i dont know and i can’t see it.
And it doesn’t hurt at all.

So would i need a root canal for this.
Or how do you know when you need to have a root canal
cause i know they hurt and im really scarred!
